MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

Consisting of this contract and its annexes, which are an integral part of the contract, Goba Art and Design Services Ltd. Sti. DEFINITIONS
User: A natural or legal person who becomes a member of the Site, using the services offered on the Site, within the conditions specified in this User Agreement.
Buyer: The real or legal person who is a member of the site and purchases the goods and / or services offered for sale by the seller, under the conditions specified in this User Agreement, by using the services offered on the site.

Goba Art and Design Services Ltd. Sti. (Service for short): Applications set forth in the Goba Sanat ve Tasarım Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. site in order to enable the Users to perform the works and transactions defined in the User Agreement.
Goba Art and Design Services Ltd. Sti. may make changes and/or adaptations to its Services at any time in order to enable users to perform the work and transactions defined in the User Agreement more effectively. SUBJECT and SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of the User Agreement is the services offered on the site, the terms of benefiting from these services and the rights and obligations of the parties.

RIGHTS and OBLIGATIONS
5.1. User's Rights and Obligations
The user shall act in accordance with all the conditions in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant parts of the Site and all applicable legislation, while performing the membership procedures, benefiting from the services of the site and performing any transactions related to the services on the site, accepts, declares and undertakes that it understands and approves.
In case of alleged violation of the rights of other Users and third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation together with the provisions in the Privacy Policy, the User, Goba Sanat ve Tasarım Hizmetleri Ltd. Ltd. Şti. will be authorized to disclose its confidential/private/commercial information to both official authorities and beneficiaries, and for this reason, Goba Sanat ve Tasarım Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. Sti. accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not compete directly and/or indirectly with Goba Art and Design Services Ltd. Users will not act to manipulate the operation of the Site, otherwise Goba Art and Design Services Ltd. Şti. to accept, declare and undertake that they will indemnify all kinds of damages.
5.2. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
When the buyer makes a request to purchase the product; It is deemed to have accepted the product description, the sales conditions and procedures determined by the seller.
The BUYER can cancel the contract in writing (letter, fax, e-mail, telegram, warning) within 14 days after signing the contract. will be received by the SELLER unconditionally.
